The Creator Funnel is not about picking one tier and calling it done. The most successful creator-led brands operate across all four levels simultaneously. A celebrity opens the door. High-performing creators build the community. Emerging creators create the culture. Fans and followers tell you whether you have got it right. Master each level, and they start working together.
